Any quotations, offers and agreements relating to goods to be delivered and/or services to be provided by us shall be subject to the Metaalunie Terms and conditions, filed with the court registry of Rotterdam on 1st January 2008. A copy of these Terms and conditions can be downloaded here and/or will be sent to you free of charge upon request. Any other terms and conditions are expressly rejected.
